booking an appointment
To see a Psychiatrist at our Centre, a referral from your GP needs to be sent to us by E-mail, Fax or Medical-Objects. Referrals need to be reviewed by Psychiatrists, so we might take up to 2 weeks to get back to you. The same process applies for tele-health consultations.
Please make sure that your contact details on the referral letter are up to date. We get a large volume of calls daily so there might be long call waiting times. A better option is to email us.
Out of pocket fee (gap fee) for the initial appointment is $400 and for all follow up appointments is $150. There is no extra fee for assessment or treatment of ADHD or ASD. Fee for reports by Psychiatrists vary as per the type and complexity. Fees are subject to change anytime.
The Centre offers routine consultations only. For emergencies, please visit your local Emergency Department or dial 000. Helpful contacts: MHCall (1300 642255), Lifeline (13 11 14)
